Rosen secures $3 million for Nevada Northern Railway

For over a century, the Nevada Northern Railway has been a staple of Northern Nevada – first to serve copper mines in the area, and now as a historic and cultural destination.    I’m proud to have secured $3 million in federal funding to rehabilitate and restore nearly 127 miles of the century-old rail corridor. This is a major first step in reconnecting the corridor to the national railway system, and I’ll keep working to support transportation services across our state.
